About Us
The school is an important part of the rural community of Pulloxhill, a small village in Bedfordshire. You will find us at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking the valley towards the Sharpenhoe Clappers.
The building dates from 1960 and is a LEA community Lower School. It is set in pleasant grounds with a playing field, playground, environmental area, pets corner and small learner swimming pool.
We do our best to ensure that all children attending our school enjoy their time with us and are well prepared when transferring to Middle School.
Our small class sizes and low pupil/teacher ratio leads to a friendly family atmosphere where the children are encouraged to become independent and use their strengths.
Pulloxhill Lower School is federated with neighbouring Greenfield Lower School. We share our head teacher and governing bodies.
